This report relates to shares I received (via vesting) on May 13, 2019 under Huqvarna’s 2016 LTI Program. accordance with prior practice, my original report listed a per unit price of 84,14 SEK (based on market rate at the time of filing), and listed the handelsplats as NASDAQ Stockholm AB. Based on new advice/instructions received from FI today and external counsel, I am changing the per unit price to 0,0 SEK., and changing the handelsplats to “utanför handelsplats”. Please note that I was instructed to write in Husqvarna AB and not select Aktiebolag from the drop-down list, however the field was not possible to edit in the correction.
